Have been at Jenn's place since Sunday night.

I have a cold for the first time in a long time. I want to visit the Air & Space Museum at Dulles and also go into DC to visit the Spy Museum. Also, going to help Jenn do a few things around her place.

I went out on Tuesday with intentions of going to the Air and Space Museum. I stopped at Costco in Chantilly and my knee started to hurt really bad so I decided not to go to the museum.

Fire prevention week.

Chief is running me ragged. Worked 4 hours on Sat and have been in the office part 6 pm every day this week.

I use to keep a journal, but after getting a Mon-Fri job I felt it was not that necessary. Working shift work I felt it was important to keep a log of important things that happened in the field - just in case I had to go to court. 13 years on the road and never had to go to court. That is unusual.

I got a lot done today. I am almost caught up with my QA. Stayed at work until almost 7 pm working on QA and then a call came in for a ped vs auto. They called for airevac so I went to take pictures. Got some good shots of Nightengale landing.

Dennis asked me to come by the station and talk to him about Jim. This hit me kinda sudden so I told him to put me in for lunch tomorrow and we would talk then.

The weather is great today. Turned of the AC and opened the windows. Only problem - the crickets are loud and I am not used to the sound. Could not sleep, so here I am.

I got some really good shots today at the Hazmat Tech training. This was the tool manipulation and decon day.

I went to Sta-9 today and took a bunch of shots of the Hazmat Tech class. Got some good shots. Will go back tomorrow to get some more. They are to be doing decon.

Went to work today and did a bunch of work. Went to NNFD's station at Lee Hall to take pics of the rookies doing rope training. Had to leave for my PT appointment. I did not stay at PT long because I have been better.

Went back to Lee Hall for more pictures.

Back to work after a long weekend off. The weather was pretty shitty here.
I am getting ready to go to San Diego.

Well, here it is another week. I am looking forward to meeting the new fire chief. We have a meeting with him at 1500 hrs today.
